Linda LaRue Becker
M.A., CCC-SLP
The founder of Speech For All Talkers is Linda LaRue Becker, a speech language pathologist who has been working with both adults and children for the past 30+ years. She feels fortunate to have a job she loves, is challenging and fulfilling. In the beginning of her career Linda worked exclusively with adults and adolescents in brain injury and stroke rehabilitation. She specialized in work re-entry and independence in home and community skills. She worked in Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics and home and community-based therapy.
Linda went on to work with both children and adults in a private practice. She continued to work with adults who had strokes, brain injury, voice disorders, stuttering and cognitive deficits. She also worked with children of all ages with various speech and language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, stuttering and cognitive disorders. She has extensive experience with all disorders and types of children.
Linda started her own private practice, Speech for Young Talkers, and has continued to work primarily with children. She has specialized in Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) for the past 10 years and is recognized by Apraxia Kids as a trained apraxia specialist who can be found on their directory list. She uses evidence-based therapy that has guided hundreds of children to become successful and functional verbal communicators. Linda regularly attends conferences and trainings on CAS and has conducted peer mentoring trainings and student supervision teaching about CAS.
Linda has been an adjunct professor at California State University Northridge since 2013. She currently teaches Early Intervention and Diagnostics in Communication Disorders. She has also been a supervisor for the Early Intervention Clinic and regularly supervises student clinicians.

Sheryl Ramos
M.S., CCC-SLP
Sheryl Ramos, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a bilingual speech-language pathologist who earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, Northridge. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sheryl provides services in both languages. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, specializing in sensory processing and neurodiversity-affirming social communication. Her clinical focus includes supporting individuals with sensory processing differences within the neurodiverse community.
Sheryl thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and brings a cooperative, team-oriented approach to her work. She holds certifications in It Takes Two to Talk and More Than Words through the Hanen Centre and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is licensed by the state of California and holds additional certifications in multicultural issues, cultural diversity, and clinical supervision.
Driven by a love of learning, Sheryl is especially interested in continuing her work with neurodiverse individuals and the geriatric population—particularly those with Aphasia, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and Parkinson’s disease. Her long-term goal is to design and implement programs that serve these communities with compassion and innovation.
Beyond her clinical work, Sheryl has a deep love for travel—a passion sparked at just 14 months old during visits to family in Honduras. Since then, she has explored cultures around the world, immersing herself in their heritage, cuisine, music, and architectural history.
Known for her calm, optimistic, and quietly confident presence, Sheryl approaches each interaction with intention and care, striving to build meaningful connections and foster growth with every individual she meets.
